DMCA Policy & Copyright Takedown Process

Travel Media Vault (TMV) respects intellectual property rights and responds to valid copyright infringement claims.
Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you believe content on TMV infringes your copyright, submit a notice including:
- Your name and contact information
- Description of copyrighted work
- URL or location of allegedly infringing content
- Statement of good-faith belief that use is unauthorized
- Statement under penalty of perjury that information is accurate
- Physical or electronic signature

Content Removal
Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, TMV may:
- Remove content
- Disable access to content
- Notify the contributor
- Investigate the claim
Counter Notification
Contributors who believe content was removed in error may submit a counter-notification containing:
- Name and contact information
- Identification of removed content
- Statement under penalty of perjury that removal was mistaken
- Consent to applicable legal jurisdiction
- Signature
Repeat Infringer Policy
TMV reserves the right to terminate accounts of users who repeatedly infringe intellectual property rights.
False Claims
Submitting knowingly false infringement claims may result in legal liability.
TMV reserves all rights available under applicable copyright law.
